The 4-part EFNOTE 5 sets new standards with its excellent sound and the extraordinary pads made of 6-ply birch shells. The EFNOTE 5 is an absolute world first - experience a new dimension in the e-drum sector!
Elaborately produced multilayer samples ensure the outstandingly lifelike sound. Each of the 98 factory sounds consists of many individual samples, which means that an extraordinarily high dynamic is achieved. The sounds are all editable, and there are 128 user memories for your own creations.
The compact sound module has a stable metal housing and is operated via a touchscreen LC display. With its clearly structured menu, even inexperienced users can quickly access all functions and settings. The sounds can be tuned (tuning), dampened (muffling) and tone adjusted (EQ). You also have a virtual mixing desk, which can be used to adjust the volume of the sounds individually and route them to the outputs as desired.
The integrated metronome and rhythm box are ideal for practicing. You can also stream songs and play-alongs into the module via Bluetooth. The EFNOTE 5 module also has a built-in USB audio interface, through which eight tracks can be digitally transmitted to the computer. In addition, there are two analog outputs, the EFNOTE 5 is equally suitable for live and studio use as well as for teaching purposes.
Snare, tom tom and floor tom have high-quality, 6-ply birch shells, are covered with mesh heads and are each equipped with three sensors. With this multi-trigger technology, a uniquely high sensitivity and extremely precise response is guaranteed. In addition, the snare has a third playing surface. This allows for accurate separation between cross stick and rim shot. Erroneous triggering of the trigger is therefore absolutely impossible. The 16" bass drum is equipped with 2 triggers and is therefore also ideal for use with a double pedal.
The cymbal pads, including the hi-hat, are 360° - meaning they can be played from all sides. Thus, a device that prevents the cymbals from twisting is no longer necessary. The crash and ride cymbals are generally triple zone pads that can be played on the edge, the surface and the bell. In addition, all cymbal pads have a choke function for manual stopping.
Ultimately, the innovative hi-hat pad ensures accurate and highly sensitive playing behavior, which does not recognize its position via a conventional sliding contact, but works with several optical sensors. The EFFNOTE 5 comes with double braced snare and cymbal stands.
